Knoopi is a task-organising assistant, not a guarantee that appointments or deadlines will be detected. Check important dates and details yourself. It is not an emergency, medical or financial advice service.

Knoopi membership

The membership plan is all-access, with no ongoing free tier. Eligible new subscribers receive seven days free, followed by an annual subscription with a UK target price of GBP19.99. Your store confirms the local price, eligibility and renewal terms before you agree. Charging remains disabled until the store configuration is complete.

When subscriptions become available

The annual membership includes all available Knoopi features, billed in full yearly at the price displayed by your store before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in the store. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues until the paid period expires. Store rules govern billing timing, refunds and any offers. The seven-day trial applies only when the store confirms eligibility; cancel before it ends to avoid annual conversion. Billing management, data export and deletion remain accessible after expiry. Expiry does not automatically delete your data. Switching plans uses the store's upgrade/downgrade flow; do not buy a second subscription on a different store.

Use Restore purchases to recover eligible purchases from the same store account while signed in to the correct Knoopi account. Manage or cancel via Google Play or Apple subscription settings. Account deletion and uninstalling do not cancel subscriptions. Deletion does not itself issue a refund.

Privacy and acceptable use

See the privacy policy. Do not upload others' private content without permission, misuse capture, or attempt to access another account. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected. The publisher must finalise governing-law, support and consumer-rights terms before paid launch.

Forget-Me-Knot Fund

We're preparing Knoopi's dementia-charity donation programme. Before it launches, we'll publish the beneficiary charities, donation terms and reporting arrangements.

The programme is not yet active. No charity partnership or purchase-linked donation arrangement is currently in place.
